broccoli and rice casserole

Just because this broccoli and rice casserole  is easy, it doesn’t mean it lacks in flavour.

Ingredients:

6 cups fresh broccoli florets
10 oz can chicken broth
2 cups par-boiled rice
1 1/2 cups cheez whiz spread
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Bring the broth to a boil. Stir in the rice and broccoli. Remove from heat and stir in the cheese whiz. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes till flavours blend.
