soy-milk-smoothie

 

For anyone who cannot tolerate cow’s milk, this is a great tasting smoothie. Also, good for those who opt for a vegan diet. Use frozen fruit for a ‘slushy like’ treat.
I like to buy frozen fruit for the convenience of always having fruit on hand for making my smoothies.

Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
½ cup orange juice with pulp (if possible)
1 banana
1 cup mixed frozen fruit (mango, raspberry, peaches, strawberries)

Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
